Hi Everyone,
I wanted to let you know – we received our PS3 back, it was well packaged and seems to work fine!
My grandson is VERY HAPPY – he said all is info was still there which was really great (so he says) and he used it last night and seemed to work fine.
I wanted to THANK every one involved – I will keep and share your web site and email address with other people in our area.
We had great service and great turn around time and a price that was in line with SONY.
So, thank you all very much!

My kids do love the Wii, so much so that my son must have wanted to play 3 games at the same time. He shoved 3 disks into the slot all at the same time. I dropped off my Playstation repair at VideoGame911.com’s and that same night I had an estimate in my email. I paid for the sytem on line and was able to pick it up the very next day. Seriously, can you ever get better service than that? Thanks again VideoGame911!

Anyone contemplating third party repair need not look any further. The repair process through videogame911.com was possibly the easiest and most smoothly run operation ive ever experienced. It was amazingly quick, and affordable. My system was far beyond malfunctional when i sent it in, and it came back almost brand new. The service associates were very friendly and quick to respond. All the communication was done via messages on videogame911.com very easy and quick. I would highly recommend them, and i will probably be back in the future.

I’m having the same problem with my PS3 and it gave out last night..looks like I’m ready to send it to these guys (videogame911.com) instead of sony since its been 2 years. I heard sony charges $150 for none warranty. If you don’t mind, can you tell me how much they charged you for it? Thanks a bunch!!

Wow! Fast service, great communication, reasonable prices. They fixed my PS3 and it took a total of nine day from time I shipping it out, to time I got it back. NINE DAYS!!! When Sony fixed my PS3 last winter, it took 25 days. Unless your console is under warranty, I would highly recommend using VideoGame911.

videogame911.com seems more trusting then microsoft and sony. They inform you with more information as well. They do repairs at a cheaper price and give information as if they are repairing their systems as well. They are well organized and they do care about the merchandise of their customers. They realize that their customers paid a lot of money for their system and the last thing that they want to do is pay more to get it fixed

I am glad I read your post before I went and replaced my drive. I can tell now that I would have been making a big mistake. The blu ray drive on my Playstation 3 went out some time ago and I didn’t want to send it to Sony cause of the cost. So I gave videogame911.com a chance after researching them of course. They were able to fix my system the same day they got it. Thanks keep up the good work.
