But the Nintendo Wii system proved to have the innovation needed to propel it forward to the best selling system currently on the market. The Wii’s innovation is in the motion sensitive control pad, which can act as a sword for slashing, a fishing reel, or a bowling ball depending on the game. The player gains a heightened feel of immersion as their actions with the controller are reflected on the screen.

The sense of touch and control the Wii allows the player is unprecedented, and has proved to be a new industry standard for future gaming. The Wii also has several game titles geared towards mature and adult players, the aspect that the GameCube lacked. Although there aren’t widespread Wii breakdowns, they will happen due to the advanced technology. There is no need to panic, however, as several sites offer professional Nintendo Wii console repair.

Its unique controllers and high definition graphics cannot be beat. Most of all, however, is that it continues Nintendo’s tradition of releasing kid-friendly and easy playable games.

If you’re looking to upgrade from an archaic system like the first Playstation or the Sega Dreamcast, I highly recommend the Nintendo Wii, you won’t be disappointed. Because the system is so advanced, however, it can be prone to malfunctions. If and when this happens, there is no need to panic; there are several sites that offer Nintendo Wii troubleshooting.

I had purchased a Nintendo Wii for my son and daughter to play Wii Sports. When my brother and his family came over for dinner, he noticed the game and immediately challenged me to a round of golf. We started off playing a leisurely round of nine holes and then placed a wager on a full 18-hole round.

I stepped up to tee off on the first par 3 and hit a hole in one. My brother was so disgusted at my “lucky break” that he decided to break something himself. He chose the Wii controller. Throwing it down on the hardwood floor, he went off to the other room to sulk. I was left to pick up the pieces – quite literally – and look for ways to fix my kids’ toy. I found some Nintendo Wii repair options online.

Need For Speed Nitro was just released for the Wii, and it’s time to get your race on. With 30 classic cars which you can battle with and customize, you’re definitely going to be giving your Wii a workout. All that racing for hours on end could overheat your system if you’re not careful to keep it away from other electronics. If that happens, the quickest and easiest solution is to send your console in for a Wii repair. The faster you send it in, the faster they can send it back and the faster you can be back out on the track fulfilling your need for speed.

Gamers of all ages have accepted the innovative motion-sensing remote as a gigantic leap forward in gaming technology. Such games as Wii Sports and many others are fan favorites that would be much less satisfying on another system without the innovative Wii remote.

Unfortunately, the very same technology that has revolutionized the gaming industry has also been rife with bugs. Just like any piece of first-generation electronics, the remote is prone to problems that will only be worked out through trial and error testing. Luckily, video game repair specialists have the wherewithal to deal with the Wii troubleshooting in a reliable, expedient way.

So you got off work today and thought to yourself “I think it’s time for me and Samus to go on a bounty hunt”. You pop the new Metroid Prime Trilogy disc out of its case, turn on your Wii console and push the disc in only to find that the screen reads “No Disc Found”. What?!?

The Metroid Prime Trilogy disc was created with a double-layer technology to support the large amount of information stored on it. Unfortunately, your Wii console may have trouble reading this disc if there is any contamination on the lens of the disc drive. This means that you need to send in your console asap to have the lens professionally cleaned or to have your Nintendo Wii repair done depending on what the actual issue is. Hurry… Samus is waiting for you!!

You can find Nintendo Wii repairs from the manufacturer, or send it out to a third party servicer. In general, third party servicers will get the console back faster than Nintendo because they tend to be bogged down with requests. While the Wii isn’t expensive compared to the other high end gaming consoles, you can still save a lot of money by having it repaired.

The console was conceived in 2001, as the Nintendo GameCube was first seeing release. According to an interview with Nintendo’s game designer Shigeru Miyamoto, the concept involved focusing on a new form of player interaction. “The consensus was that power isn’t everything for a console. Too many powerful consoles can’t coexist. It’s like having only ferocious dinosaurs. They might fight and hasten their own extinction.”

Two years later, engineers and designers were brought together to develop the concept further. By 2005, the controller interface had taken form, but a public showing at that year’s E3 was withdrawn. Miyamoto stated that, “We had some troubleshooting to do. So we decided not to reveal the controller and instead we displayed just the console.” Nintendo president Satoru Iwata later unveiled and demonstrated the Wii Remote at the September Tokyo Game Show.

The Nintendo DS is said to have influenced the Wii design. Designer Ken’ichiro Ashida noted, “We had the DS on our minds as we worked on the Wii. We thought about copying the DS’s touch-panel interface and even came up with a prototype.” The idea was eventually rejected, with the notion that the two gaming systems would be identical. Miyamoto also expressed that, “If the DS had flopped, we might have taken the Wii back to the drawing board.”

Nintendo has attributed the success of the Wii to the Blue Ocean Strategy.Within the context of a Blue Ocean Strategy analysis, the key factors of the Wii reflect the Six Path Framework described within the book. While Nintendo has not publicly released the factors used, it is believed that they include “price”, “movie playing”, “graphics”, “physics”, “fun”, “game library”, and “magic wand”. Applying the Four Actions Framework would eliminate movie playing, reduce graphics and physics, raise fun and the game library, and lead to the creation their “magic wand”: the Wii Remote.
